Atlas Grinding & Recycling Group is a South Florida recycling facility for vegetation only
Atlas Grinding & Recycling Group is a Resource Recovery Management Facility (RRMF) for any type of: trees, wood stumps, tree branches and all vegetation that can be recycled. We turn wood waste into reusable products like mulch, compost, and high-quality soils for our customers.
We started operations in 2017. Our main goal at Atlas Grinding & Recycling Group is to support landscape companies, land developers, nurseries, and the agricultural sector by providing a convenient location to easily dump their excess vegetation that would otherwise be taken to landfills.
Treating vegetation as trash increases the volume of garbage being disposed of and worsens environmental problems such as methane gas in the air. With our help, clients decrease their environmental impact and gain a new, valuable product to be used throughout the agricultural industry. By properly recycling vegetative waste, we also prevent illegal and improper dumping, which contributes to problems with insects and animals.
In our state-of-the-art recycling facility, we receive your vegetation and then grind, decompose, regrind, and screen it. Finally, we add natural aggregates such as compost, fine wood, pine bark, peat, and icopor. The final products are high quality soils that can be used for many different purposes.
